General Information
The All-inclusive Package
We highly recommend our All-Inclusive Package for the ultimate Belize jungle stay. This package covers all farm-to-table meals, beverages, access to scenic hiking trails, and unlimited use of river tubes, canoes, and bikes—ensuring a seamless and adventure-filled experience.
Water
Our tap water comes from a pristine 200-ft well and is completely safe for bathing, brushing your teeth, and more. For drinking, we provide filtered water at the Treehouse Bar and Front Office, along with reusable water bottles for each guest upon arrival. In our commitment to sustainability, we do not sell water in plastic containers.
Electricity
The lodge operates on a 110v power system, just like in the United States, with compatible plug fittings. Our off-grid electricity is sustainably generated through a combination of solar power and a backup generator, providing ample energy to keep your fans, lights, and electronics running smoothly. To help us conserve energy, we kindly ask that you turn off lights and fans when leaving your room and unplug devices once they are fully charged.
Laundry
A laundry service is available for a fee, where your clothes will be washed, dried, and folded. Simply use the laundry bag provided, leave it by your door by 9 am, and your freshly cleaned clothes will be ready by 4 pm. To help us conserve energy, reduce water waste, and minimize our environmental impact, we kindly ask that you hang your towels if you'd like to keep them for a bit longer. When you're ready for fresh towels, just place the used ones on the floor, and our housekeepers will replace them. Bed linens are changed every other day for your comfort.
Phone & Internet
WiFi is available at the bar and around the office. If you don’t have phone service, simply ask one of our staff members at the office, and they’ll be happy to assist you with making calls.
Tipping
A 10% service charge is added to room and food & beverage prices, which is distributed among the staff, from groundskeepers to servers (drivers and guides are not included). Additional tips are always welcome and appreciated. If you had a positive experience and feel inclined, any extra gratuity is greatly appreciated by our team.
Taxes
A 12.5% sales tax will be applied to any purchases made for tours, dining, drinks, or items from the gift shop.
Returning Guests
We love welcoming returning guests to the lodge, and to show our appreciation, we’re excited to offer you a special discount. If you feel like you didn’t have enough time to experience everything, this is the perfect opportunity to catch up on all the activities you may have missed during your first visit.
