Rolling down the River
One of the best parts of Sweet Songs Lodge is the proximity to the river. Guests can take canoes right from the lodge to San Ignacio town. Add on another activity, like chocolate making or a market tour, and get the most out of your day!
Canoe to San Ignacio
You can do this either combined with a visit to a nearby archaeological site, such as Cahal Pech, Xunantunich, or visit the Iguana Conservation. Departure: by 9:00am if you’re going to a Maya site or Iguana Tour; before noon if you’re only canoeing.
